Devon was born in Washington, D.C. and raised in Texas.

Devon loved reading true crime and learning about the solar system and cryptozoology at an early age.

Devon went to college to learn more about Communication and languages.

Devon met many Korean exchange students in college.

Devon graduated from college and moved to South Korea in 2013 to teach English.

Devon assisted many great Korean students.

Devon even volunteered at Daegu Chimac (chicken and beer) Festival for five days straight.

Devon returned to the U.S. in 2018.

Devon works many jobs (freelance translator, forklift trainer, technical writer, bus driver).

Devon learns about how to become a better writer and collaborator, almost every day.

Devon realizes that writers face many psychological barriers.

Devon decides to study Psychology at Tulsa Community College.

Devon wants to help self-deprecating, procrastinating memoirists reach their writing goals.
